What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?+
We work outdoors, so we plan around the weather rather than fight it. If conditions on the day would compromise the finish (persistent rain, freezing temperatures, high pollen or dust), we'll contact you in advance to reschedule at no cost. Short delays on the day are occasionally needed; we'll always call ahead.
Can I cancel the Maintenance Membership at any time?+
Maintenance Membership visits run with no fixed-term contract. Cancel, pause any time
What's the difference between the Regular Valet and the Full Valet?+
The Regular Valet is a wash-focused upkeep visit: pre-wash, safe contact wash, wheels and arches cleaned, windows, and a hoover of the carpets and mats. The Full Valet builds on all of that with the interior taken further: leather cleaned and conditioned, door shuts cleaned, floor mats treated with extraction, and cloth seats extracted, so the interior feels genuinely clean, not just tidied. It's suited to cars that are extra dirty or need extra attention.
Do I need to be home for the appointment?+
Yes, we ask that you're home when we arrive so we can confirm access to the vehicle, water, and power, and go over anything specific to the car before we start.
Do you bring your own water and power?+
No, we work from your on-site water and electricity supply. A standard outdoor tap and socket is all we need; we'll confirm both are available when we agree the booking.
How do I start a Maintenance Membership?+
Membership visits are gated behind an initial Full Valet, which brings the car up to the baseline the membership then maintains. Book that first, and we'll set up the recurring schedule from there.
Do prices change based on my car's condition?+
The ranges above reflect typical condition for each vehicle size. A car that's neglected for a long time, or has heavy contamination, may sit toward the top of the range. We'll always confirm the exact price before the work starts, not after.
